The room runs smart, trading the standard white-tablecloth formality of Downtown Dubai for a focus on creative, modern international plates. Most venues in the shadow of the Burj Khalifa rely on their exterior outlook to justify the table, but the appeal here is internal. The experience moves away from the static, view-focused dining common to the district, choosing instead to prioritize a choreographed, multisensory production. It is a sharper, more deliberate departure from its neighbours than the usual high-end fare in the area suggests.
