We went to celebrate my son's 18th Birthday, what a beautiful experience we all had. The food was super delicious and the service was spectacular. This place is a must.

Carbone Miami has a great atmosphere and vibe . My friend made the reservation weeks ago and when we arrived at 8:30pm for the reservation, we unfortunately came during a Thursday night rush. We were seated 2 hours later (we patiently waited as we caught up with dialog). Our waiters were so accommodating and knowledgeable not to mention kind. It was my first time there and the waiter made delicious recommendations that I took his lead with ordering. It was a gorgeous Italian feast and many courses of food. The calamari Marco, the Tortellini Al Ragu, Caesar alla ZZ, meatballs & jumbo shrimp scampi were amazing . I started off with an Old Fashioned which was very good. I also had a well balanced red wine that paired perfectly with the Tortellini Al Ragu. Our waiter also apologized for our delayed wait time and offered us champagne and a tasty bite size dessert. I was stuffed and very happy. Can’t wait to go back!

For someone who doesn’t ever drive down to Miami, Carbone is the only exception. There is no restaurant like it in the country. The food is always on point, every dish is exceptional. The staff however really makes it worth it. I always request for Geo to wait my table and for good reason. He is attentive and goes above and beyond no matter who you are. If you are lucky enough to get a reservation, please pay Carbone a visit. Ask for Geo !
