Wow. This whole dining experience was just wonderful. Our server, Steven was fabulous. Personable, attentive, knowledgeable and just a joy to interact with. All the staff was lovely! And then THE FOOD! Arguably the best complete meal I've ever had. We did the 8 course tasting and every dish was unique and complex and perfectly balanced. And the wine pairings were spot on. Thank you Canoe and Steven for a great evening!

My wife and I were there last night for our first weddibg anniversary, I dont think we could have better choose than Canoe! We picked the taste menu with pairing wine and boy o boy it was FANTASTIC! It was a festival.of color, taste, and design/art! Extraordinary view, amazing atmosphere, and super cool staff! The cost is high but not for having that experience and quality! If you can afford it I strongly recommend it esp for special occasions! I will repeat it whenever it is possible again fir sure!

Such an incredible dining experience. Managed to get the best seat in the house in the corner by the windows and it added to the already fantastic food, service, and ambiance. I can see why this place is so highly rated, it's not just about doing regular dishes really well, it's about serving something completely unique that you've never experienced before.
