World class experience! Amazing service, food and wine. Nothing was a miss in each course I had. Veal sweetbread Asparagus and tendons was remarkable. The flavours well balanced, clean and not overwhelming. Langoustine ravioli with vin jaune sauce - simply delicious and super tasty. Wakayama Citrus tart was a perfect finish. Fresh and direct flavours. Layers of different textures of citrus. Absolutely loved it! Thank you Chef Julien and team for the meal! Definitely would come back!

We had a 5-course lunch and an additional upgraded the dish to langoustines due to our limited time. (Another 7-course will need 4-5hrs) First of all, a big complement goes to all the staffs there. Everyone is so attentive and helpful. Begin with starters, I could feel this meal it's going to be great but then I was a litte bit disapponted by the rest. The overall was good but I just thought a 3-Michelin star could be better, compare with other 1/2/3 Michelin star all over the world I visited. (or did I have too much expectation for 3⭐️?) Everything was good but not WOW. Moreover, one of us really hate the taste of Shiso but turned out that they put Shiso in many menu so it's a bit bad experience for him (but still great for the others). Overall we still satisfied with the meal and had a good time there because the price is not too high for 3-Michelin stars comparing to what they served us.

It was an incredible experience. Every person here was warm, eager to impress, and willing to engage in conversation. Each and every carefully curated dish has a story, elevating our culinary adventure in a way that is unforgettable. We loved the earthy mushroom tea, the sweetly fresh Hokkaido Uni, which was augmented by a generous portion of caviar, the delicate sauce that went with the scallop crudo, the soup with tender abalone and melt-in- your-mouth foie gras, and especially the main signature dish--a medium rare Kampot Pepper Crusted Pigeon. I mentioned earlier that each dish has a story. During our experience, the servers shared the story of the restaurant itself, including where it got its name. I'm impressed with their holistic approach to seemingly everything. Now, we have our own story to share about our epic culinary adventure for years to come. Thank you, everyone.
