Great restaurant with a nice view. The restaurant area mainly oversees Victoria Park, the outdoor bar area oversees Victoria Harbour, the night view is spectacular. Food is amazing here, we recommend their skewers and grill lobster. Service is exceptional too, our server Winnie is so patient and helpful.

*** revised August 23 *** Ok so Skye has just launched a take home menu option known as "Skye in your Home". The menu is three courses and all you need to make the at home magic happen is a saucepan of simmering water and a microwave. Perfect if you don't have a commercial kitchen handy. Food was really tasty and fully enjoyed the experience at home. ******** Excellent bar and restaurant to visit whilst in Hong Kong. Amazing view, service that is just right and yummy food.

SKYE atop the Pullman hotel is a beautiful spot with incredible views from Causeway Bay. We enjoyed some champagne and their shared dessert dish and were served by Robert, the kind manager. I would highly recommend.
