Always amazing, like I LOVE this place. I am OBSESSED with the shrimp toast, please when you got ORDER 3 servings because IT IS JUST THAT GOOD! Every thing is fresh, steaming hot! Seafood selection impeccable, ambiance GRAND, service beyond accommodating. Presentation of food, and SIZE of plates WELL WORTH IT!

The Blossom has the best food I have eaten in Las Vegas so far! Great atmosphere, Food was top quality, and service was terrific. I started with the goose liver, which had a unique, rich flavor. The Pekin duck tasted better than the one I tried in Beijing. Highly recommended, and I always come back when I'm in Vegas

Came here as a group 8 to celebrate 2 birthdays. Service here was excellent, especially , our server Danny. We had one person that was vegan and they made sure to clarify the dishes available and ingredients cooked with. We ordered 9 dishes and they were all delicious. We ordered pea leaves, jian bo beef, salt pepper squid, choy sum,walnut prawns, garlic prawn fried rice, seafood chow mein, tofu chow fun, and Peking duck. All the dishes were executed perfectly and the group’s favorite was definitely the Peking duck. We were definitely stuffed at the end. They were also kind enough to offer a free small dessert to our 2 birthday people. The decor was well designed and definitely enjoyed the light background music played. I would visit again if I’m back in town.
