Reviews

Beautiful experience! We came here for bday celebration in May and the weather couldn’t be better. 8h45pm is the reservation but we arrived early ~8h. Waited for 10min then the host let us go up via elevator. We were greeted and specially made drinks at the bar. Then we were guided to balcony to enjoy the spectacular view of NYC. After done with scenic view, we were guided to table. From there, we spent 3hrs to experience full of flavors dishes. 7-course meals and the star of the show is dried age Duck dish. Pros: exceptional services and views. Welcome drink is a nice touch. Everyone greeted with happy birthday. Dry age duck dish is worth to die for. We were seated next to window and it was great! Cons: missing souvenir gift like other Michelin restaurant. Some dish was a miss. Wish they can arrange chair to face windows rather than face other tables to create more privacy.

We had a wonderful dining experience at SAGA! A welcome drink was offered upon entry at the 63F and was able to take advantage of lovely NYC view. Food is divine and presented beautifully. The staff especially John is attentive and warm. Although a Michelin star, the vibe is great and casual, you will not feel out of place. We’ll definitely dine again to try their other dishes! And oh,the mint tea is so refreshing.

The restaurant is small and nice. I appreciate that. It has nice view of the city. The star was no doubt, not even close, the duck main course. Combining the duck with the various accompaniments inside the moroccan bread was a different flavor experience with each combo. The ice cream dessert was one of my personal favorites because it was more a savory and sweet dessert and I really appreciate that balance. It was a buckwheat ice cream with apple tarte tatin. Great cap to the night.
