One of Rome’s best Japanese restaurant near by the Viale Trastevere. Everything we tasted was ultra delicious. Before you order your food, compliments from the chef is being served in a glass jar with a dome. As you open the lid a stream of vapor comes out and a mini seafood hamburger with green buns comes into vision as the vapor dissipates . An Italian twist to their menu is ravioli. The sushi was rich and fresh. The sea-bass with pistachio crust on a green pepper bed was very tasty. The ambiance is quiet and peaceful that you enjoy every bit of your food with great tranquility. It is pricey but certainly worthwhile.

If you want to spend a special evening enjoying the quality of the selected products, don't hesitate to try this restaurant. Fresh fish cooked according to the dictates of Japanese cuisine presented in a contemporary way. There are also dishes with the delicious Wagyu beef. Interesting wine list and excellent dessert. Elegant and very warm environment with stylish decorations. Good service.
