Nikki Beach Santorini

Long story short: Amazing hotel highly recommend. Long story long: a very beautiful and modern hotel, for middle aged to young Santorini visitors. Staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and always open to helping improve your stay. It is located on the beach for easy access, has a great pool with great music, 2 very nice restaurants and a spa. Pros: - On the beach for easy access and great views - Friendly and helpful staff - Very clean, modern and beautiful design - Young energetic environment with relaxing vibe - Mostly everything you need for a relaxing holiday is at the hotel - Very close to the airport (6 minute drive) Cons (and tips) - music can be loud (make sure you like House music or simply request a room further away from the main pool, the sound proof rooms mean you won't hear a thing) - Room shower: water and temperature are very inconsistent - Pool sun beds are run by a different company to the hotel (make sure you speak with hotel staff before you use them, also beach sun beds are free for guests) - located far away from most activities, get used to taxis or rent transport for you stay (but the hotel is nice enough to spend a couple days in) All the staff were very helpful, but a special thanks to: MIA who was always on hand to help with sun beds around the pool CHRISTINA at the front desk for help checking in and any other questions throughout my stay. IRIS at the concierge desk who helped me book all my activities and excursions throughout my stay. GEORGIA and STEFANOS who took care of my spa treatment and delivered one of the best massages I have ever had. SARAH, always ready and available to help order breakfast in the morning and drinks and food at night, even if I wanted something not on the menu (oat milk). RICHARD from the cleaning staff always keeping the room clean and made sure my private pool was clear of debris.

Her unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and her meticulous attention to detail were evident in every interaction we had with her. In addition to Ms. Michelle Vathis, I must extend my gratitude to the General Manager, Mr. Panagiotis Melisiotis . His leadership sets the tone for the entire resort, and it's clear that his dedication to excellence permeates every aspect of Niki Beach Resort. Our initial impression of the resort was shaped by the warm welcome we received from the Front Desk Reception team. They were efficient, professional, and genuinely friendly, making our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The exceptional service didn't stop there. Throughout our stay, the maintenance crew ensured that our rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Their behind-the-scenes efforts did not go unnoticed, and their commitment to maintaining the resort's high standards was truly commendable. Of course, I cannot forget to mention the exceptional servers who made our dining experiences memorable: two most beautiful ladies Genta & Eva , and super nice / funny John . Their positivity, helpfulness, and genuine politeness enhanced our meals, and their dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was evident. The overall atmosphere at Niki Beach Resort was enchanting, and the culinary offerings were nothing short of amazing. From delectable meals to refreshing drinks, the resort showcased culinary excellence. What truly sets Niki Beach Resort apart is the dedication of its entire team, from management to the bar staff, servers, our favorite VIP host Jason who we chatted about our tattoos for a long time , reception, maintenance crew, and even the DJ from Iran, who provided an incredible soundtrack to our evenings. Their collective efforts ensured that our stay was unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend Niki Beach Resort to travelers from all corners of the world planning to visit Santorini. This establishment not only boasts great rooms and a fantastic atmosphere but also has the most remarkable staff members I've ever encountered. Our experience here was nothing short of exceptional, and I have no doubt that you will feel the same way. Niki Beach Resort is a hidden gem in Santorini, and I can't wait to return.

Nice party vibe! Staff was friendly and attentive, they upgraded us to a better spot by the pool near the DJ. Around 1700 there was also a live performance which was a pleasant surprise. Prices are OK if you are familiar with the concept. Volcano Mist cocktail was suberb!
