Definitely one of the best restaurants in Denmark. Sat at the chef’s table and had some of the best pork and bread I’ve eaten in all of Copenhagen. Fun chefs here too that will make sure you have a good time!

Update: After revisiting Alouette I can only say that these gals and guys just keep getting better. Food is evolving, service has gotten even sharper and the setting is unique to say the least. Alouette is value for money without cutting any corners. A hidden gem that masters show but keeps the focus on the important stuff, the food and the drink. Farm to table, on season, the produce is nothing but the best. Wines are picked with care and the non-alcoholic options are just as exciting. They accommodate for dietary requirements and staff is in point, friendly and knowledgeable. These guys are keeping up with best in their class in town.

Such a great experience in a wonderful place! 🤩 We had a very nice evening at alouette. The food the service the wine pairing everything was high level!
