Been waiting to eat here since this place opened and finally got the chance on a Friday night, memorial day weekend! Everything we had was superb! Our waiter Nate really gave great service all the way through the meal. We started off with the hamachi crudo which Is definitely a must try, very nice sashimi style fresh fish with a nice citrus flavor and also has a squid ink emulsion on the side, next we had the Spanish style grilled octopus which has a nice ragout marinara base and also the fresh and light summery watermelon salad. Next we had to get the omelette with Kaluga caviar and creme fresh, very delicious take on a breakfast classic! And for entrees we had the Faroe island salmon and entrecote Au Poivre (steak frites) both entrees work cooked to a nice medium and the flavors were on point. We finished off with the pistachio bakalava Ice cream and their signature Sorrento Lemon for desert. All in all service, food and ambiance were amazing and Friday night features a house music DJ after 8pm and lovely ladies in costume walking the restaurant to make it like a show vibe!

Absolutely amazing experience! It's been almost 3 weeks since we were there and it still ranks as possibly the best meal I've ever had. The truffle pasta was exceptional and the drinks had layers and complexity I wasn't expecting. Somehow though, the lemon dessert was able to finish above all of it as the highlight! Over all that though, the standout of the evening was Mary our server. She was exceptional and loved her craft. Her passion and desire for customer service was obvious and I would highly recommend asking for her. Cannot wait to come back to Vegas. Just eat here again.
