Everyone absolutely loved their meal. The food was fantastic. I had a truffle lobster linguine and it was absolutely perfect. Pasta will never be the same to me. The peppercorn bison was phenomenal as well. The cocktails were also delicious. I’d come back to Vegas just to eat here again.

One of the best views in Vegas, not to mention the service and the food. All in all, an excellent experience. Almost a must see in Vegas. Make sure to walk over to the SkyLounge which is connected to the Rivea and check out the views from the patio. Even better view of the strip from the SkyLounge side.

Enjoyed a delightful meal at the Rivea- Delano Las Vegas. The 180-degree view of the strip from 20 plus stories up is certainly among the best in Vegas. The food was exquisite, and a true palate treat. They start you with bread sticks and bread along with a type of olive tapenade spread that was delish, and the olive oil for dipping was pure and super fresh. We began with a Burrata and heritage tomatoes that was incredibly smooth and tasty. Our main courses were two of Rivea’s specials for the night- a filet with foie gras, topped with a black truffle sauce; the second one was Maine lobster, linguine with black truffle slices. Everything was prepared to perfection and the black truffle superb. For dessert we enjoyed both their Limoncello Baba and their Tiramisù. Both were creative twists on the classic rum baba and regular tiramisu. The service was impeccable (though the jean and suspender outfits the waitstaff wore seemed a bit out of place with such exquisite food).
