Best fries I have ever tasted! The service was great and the entry ticket could be used in part to offset the bill. The tartar was delicious (and handchopped). Prices are much lower than around Monaco in general and you get to avoid all the Scrooge McDucks that don't want to pay the 17€ entry fee for the casino (eliminates all the nastiest and shoulder-in-your-face-to-get-a-photo tourists). 10/10 would visit again for the fries, the view to the sea and the quiet.

Food was excellent (tartare and risotto), as was the view and atmosphere especially considering the reasonable price, would go again! Only concern was our waiter (moustache) was rude/judgemental, but the rest of the staff and cooks were lovely

One of the best meals of my life. I had Steak Tartare with Frites and a wonderful pairing of Malbec. My wife had a lovely pasta and the view from the balcony is exquisite. One of the finest places to eat in all of the world.
