Terrific !!! Must try new spot. Food is amazing, great service and lovely airy space that provides an open garden feel in the core of midtown Manhattan. It's a tasting menu with selections for a starter, main and dessert. Expect to have a lovely night !

Great food an service. An upcoming restaurant. Amazing beet salad. The epoisse tart was stunningly great but not overpowering so don't be afraid to order it. The scallop entree was made with buttery scallops. The halibut was delicate and flaky. The wine pairings were spot on. It was a wonderful dinner. Reservations are tough to get but we'll worth the effort.

Visited to celebrate our birthday and had a wonderful time. Foods were fantastic and a cocktail and wines were amazing. Hospitality was also great. I really recommend Huitre Vanderbuilt and Bouef.
