One of the best restaurants, at least one as make an extra effort for their guests. When I was here they flew in 2 chefs for a special tasting menue. A very good experience

I was at Blue Bay mid July on vacation, so it's been a while and this review if well overdue. We all had the tasting menu, which in my humble opinion is the best way to enjoy what a Michelin Star has to offer. There's not much I can say that hasn't been said, but what always stands out to me when dining at a place like this is the creativity backed up by taste. Combining coffee with Fois Gras... Brilliant! Expensive, but worth it. Would visit again when in the area. This may be the best restaurant I have ever been to.
