Fun and creative incredibly tasty dishes. The overall impression is fun, light and fresh. The staff is kind, helpful and friendly. Great layout of the restaurant with a view over parts of the kitchen. I had the tasting menu and the non-alcoholic beverage package. Unusually for a restaurant in the fine dining category I felt great throughout and after the dinner.

Amazing dinner! They are set on a serious journey, no doubt in my mind they will receive their 2nd Michelin star in the very near future and I do not see this being the end of their possibilities. Fantastic dishes, creative and truly amazing flavours. The non-alcoholic pairing had some misses like the gooseberries sorrel or the tomato water with pear and mangold which were neither enjoyable by themselves nor did they fit well with the dishes. Others however like the rhubarb, raspberry and elderflower drink were pure joy. Their standard wine pairing was delicious and well matched and included some very enjoyable rare finds. The location is just wonderful and the interior strikes a beautiful balance between modern and intimate. Wonderful and very attentive service. In my opinion 2nd in town after Frantzen, being a very welcome alternative.
