We had been thinking of going to Bentley for ages. ... now I think why didn't we go before? The food was brilliant, innovative and beautifully presented , the staff were attentive and professional. We started with two courses and oysters thinking we would have dessert elsewhere .. then decided to stay ... what a good idea that was! Brent savages menu had a some beautiful indigenous touches which elevated the dishes . The wine selection by the glass was fantastic. Thank you for a beautiful dining experience. The perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. ****

Bentley Bar review.. The bar is located at the back down a few flights of stairs. Tasty, yummy cocktails and food! I shared this wonderful experience with my sister after we spent half a day at the spa (Tanya Day spa) upstairs for some R&R. We ordered 4 cocktails altogether, the seafood platter for 2, beef tartare and cheese and lavosh plate. Altogether came to $230 but it was one of the best experiences we've had. We love picky, picky, shared food and the seafood was delicious. I wasn't a fan of the beef tartare, the capsicum flavour or pesto they had with it was overpowering and the beef couldn't shine. It wasn't bad but we could've done without. Definitely get the seafood platter. The ambiance was great, I loved the decor, and the staff were super attentive and nice. We would definitely come back. I'd be taking my hubby here for date night for sure and my mum and sisters! Great for couples and friends catching up. Definitely deserve a five star.
