Italian restaurant at newly opened Four seasons in Otemachi. The view from the terrace was incredible, and view from the indoor seats were superb as well as they were facing the palace. Definitely one of the best meals of my life. The burrata truffle pizza was seriously the best pizza I ever had!! The burrata was so creamy and it paired so well with the parmigiano and truffle. Absolute perfection! The calamari and salad were satisfying and delicious as well. If you are looking for a restaurant with amazing ambiance, incredible views & mouth watering food in Tokyo, pigneto is a must-visit!!

Great place. We made reservation around a week before our visit, asking for terrace seats. Other than usual booking site confirmation email, we also received another one from the restaurant, stating they will accommodate our seat choice, as long as it does not rain. However, due to the rain we were given a seat inside, and were told that if it does not rain, we can have our drinks outside. During our visit, I found food, service and the atmosphere very nice. There was a big girl group (around late 20s, early 30s) celebrating a birthday. There was another table with fancy ladies’ (around 40s) gathering. I noticed other friend groups, and couples. If you have a special day or gathering, I can definitely recommend here. If you just want to have a meal in a nice restaurant, I can again recommend here. You don’t need to wait for a special day. Food is served with a super tasty sourdough bread and olive oil. We initially wanted to order pizza, but bread was so delicious and in generous quantity that we decided not to. We (2 people) shared an appetizer, a main dish (half a chicken) and a tiramisu for lunch, and we were already full. Portion size is quite good, so do not be afraid to share! Each of us paid 5.000 yen, which was quite good value. The place looks at imperial palace and its garden. You will see the palace from an angle probably you have not seen before. If the weather is good, I recommend making reservation in terrace. If you don’t want to be outside, then ask for a table next to window. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to dine in a fancy place for a reasonable price. The place looks especially good for special gatherings.
