Manzke is what you would hope for from a fine dining experience. We had an 11 course meal with the wine pairing. Attentive and informed service. An open kitchen with a table side visit from Chef Joe. A dish of particular note was the thai curry soup with lobster. Very unexpected and absolutely delicious. Paired perfectly with a Riesling. The bluefin tuna tostada was excellent as well, with a nice spice layered within. And the Dover sole with grapes and mushrooms was a standout, as well. And cheers to the GM Patrick for being a great host along with Manuela, Patricia and Indra for friendly service. PS: Don’t miss the cocktails. There’s a great commitment to special spirits and well balanced execution.

One of the best fine dining experiences I've had in a while. Very warm and cozy vibes while offering elevated fine dining. Their som was very on the nose with their pairings and descriptions.

Delicious food, most professional staff. Come hungry. I see the menu as an ode to LA: American yet Japanese, Thai, Mexican, French and probably some more I missed.
