Jade Room Tokyo

I went there because it was finally open. Since it was November, we were not able to eat on the terrace, but it was suddenly getting cold. The interior of the store is dimly lit and seamlessly connected to the hotel lobby, which is very nice. Staff are friendly and polite. I am grateful for the flexible response, such as the explanation of the dishes, picking up birthdays from the conversation and adding a message plate to the dessert. The 6 course course was worth waiting for the opening. After all, it is a lot of fun to have innovative dishes. It was interesting to see that the Japanese ingredients were pushed to the forefront. The tree buds left an impression on me. A thin pine slice is like a neo sweet and sour pork. interesting! Drinks are limited to cocktails served in bottles and one glass of wine. Recently, I get drunk when pairing, so I refrain from drinking alcohol, but I was recommended wine under considerable pressure ☆ One minus. On the way back, I was shown the terrace, and the terrace with a view of the Tokyo Tower right in front of me was impressive, as it is unique to the Edition. Thank you very much.

I visited Jade for second time in Christmas lunch and it was worth returning - the room was buzzing with diners enjoying the festivities. Well executed flavourful dishes and great wine. The staff was friendly and professional and they gifted me a lovely box of chocolates at the end of the meal, thanks for a lovely experience!
