We came to Gaia with a group of friends. Food was amazing and the staff is very nice and friendly. We had an amazing time!

We loved the experience from the beginning to the end. The food was a sequence of unique flavours, tasteful and delicate at the same time, made for the most part with local ingredients . The starters were prepared in front of us and served by the chef himself, Oscar Molina, a personal touch we appreciated. Every plate after that was remarkably balanced and memorable. The service was impeccable and the team, who mastered the cadence between courses, took really great care of us in a professional but warm way. Definitely recommended 🩷

What. An. Experience. I’m am so happy we decided to visit La Gaia. It was by far the best dining experience we’ve had. Starting from a welcome in the lobby, some pre-starters and chat with the chef Oscar, to the extremely professional yet cozy service by Carlos and Maria J., as well as sommelier Vasiliy. I forgot the names of all the people who were hosting us, but they all made their best to make us feel welcome, and enjoy our night to the fullest. We went for the Poseidon menu, which was 14 courses and god knows how many great wines. Our favorites were the figs with goat cheese (oh god!), the lobster and the ceviche. And the lamb, and sardine, and the pre-starter sea food cream soup. Actually I don’t thing we have a favorite - all the dishes were perfect! Thank you all at La Gaia for this unforgettable experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
