This has got to be one of the most divine dining experiences that I've had around Asia. It doesn't seem like much, especially knowing that HK boasts some of the best designed, most elegant restaurant set ups. But when you're done with your meal, you'll feel like you've just gone to Disneyland and back. Every course of the meal was carefully thought through and rendered. Every dish, a unique addition to the next. Every bite, is an explosion of taste, and the chef's skills. Some of the must-try dishes: 1. 台式老腐乳鹹魚臭豆腐 Deep Fried Fermented Beancurd filled with Salted Fish and Taiwanese Preserved Tofu 2. 樟木煙燻黑腳鵝 Camphor Wood Smoked Black Foot Goose 3. 豬皮櫻花蝦燉時菜 Double Boiled Vegetables with Fried Pork Skin and Dried Cherry Blossom Shrimps 4. 薑絲肥牛潤腸窩蛋煲仔飯 Beef Short Ribs Chinese Cured Liver Sausages Claypot Rice Assuming that you can even get a seat, please do make sure you at least try once, ever.

Well worth the wait. The dishes were a gourmet’s adventure. Especially liked the crab dish and the soup. We booked the seats one year before.
