Joel Robuchon Las Vegas is top-notch for fine dining. Each dish is made with great care and detail. From the moment you walk in, you're met with a beautifully designed space. The dim lighting and stylish furniture give it a cozy, high-end Paris café feel.
This restaurant is inside the MGM Grand at 3799 South Las Vegas Boulevard, right by the Cirque Du Soleil’s KÀ show. Its entrance, lit by lovely chandeliers and natural light, offers a peaceful break from the busy Las Vegas strip.
Soft classical music plays, adding charm and making it feel welcoming. The music isn’t too loud, so it’s easy to talk, whether you’re there for a romantic date or a business meeting.
There’s a strict dress code—men need to wear jackets. This rule helps keep the atmosphere upscale. It's not unusual to see famous people here, but it’s also a hit with anyone wanting a classy night out.
In short, Joel Robuchon is the go-to for those who appreciate fine food, a lovely setting, great service, and good music. It all combines to make your dinner there a one-of-a-kind experience.

Seasonal Set Menu with Wine Pairing (September): Every bite you take here opens you to a world of flavor you didn't think possible. Our party was impressed with all the food that they prepared. This restaurant is the little brother of the Joel Robuchon, and their flare and take on the food is just fantastic. Their service is top notch, and the amount of seating available is very limited. So make sure to book in advance and be prepared to pay for quality. You won't be disappointed.

We came across L'Atelier while researching Michelin star restaurants/chefs in the Vegas area, as we were looking to cross off that once in a lifetime ultra dining experience from our bucket list. I'm as rube as they come, and wouldn't be able to tell Thomas Keller from a Keller Williams Realty agent, if given a lineup. However, we were as delighted as we had hoped to be, and can now speak somewhat intelligently on the experience. One note: if you are not a drinker, then the wine pairing with the 10-course tasting menu may hit your harder than expected, as they are not shy with their pours. Seated at the counter, we watched the precision and painstaking execution of the chefs as they orchestrated each dish in between the sommelier's notes with each pour. The only off-putting moment came at the dessert course, where all of a sudden, the unmistakable stank of cigarette smoke filled our nostrils and hung around for about a minute. I'm dropping this to let the whole world feel it... we're so fancy, but you already know

Service level is still maintained at a three Michelin star level. You definitely start to appreciate the complexity of course meal from the second visit. Their olive oil, butter and baguettes accommodate each other very well. Olive oil should be tried first as it pleasantly soothes pallet with grassy note.
